Ever since I was young, my father would make the most delicious home cooked meals for me and my siblings. Everyday would be something different. Whether it was authentic Vietnamese food or Greek (which he learned after immigrating to North America), my old man did it all. He introduced me to a world of flavours through his cooking and I inevitably fell I love with culinary arts as well. Fast forward 20 years. My beautiful wife and I took a leap of faith and pursue my dream of becoming a
